Coral Vita grows resilient corals to restore our worlds dying reefs. Coral reefs support up to one billion people, sustain 25% of marine life, and generate an estimated $2.7 trillion annually through tourism, fisheries, and coastal protection, but they are dying rapidly. 50% of our worlds reefs have died over the past several decades, and we are projected to lose 90% of reefs by 2050. Fortunately, coral farming has been proven to work as a viable tool to revitalize reef health. Our ultimate vision is to create a global network of land-based farms that use coral farming to produce massive quantities of coral fragments. We sell the service of restoration to clients that depend on reefs benefits, such as hotels, cruise lines, governments, reinsurance companies, and coastal property owners.
