Cornell Zhang Research Group

Our research group focuses on creating the next generation of computing platforms and our expertise spans the entire design process. We co-design machine learning algorithms and hardware accelerators to achieve high accuracy and low energy. We have invented HeteroCL, a multi-paradigm programming language for programming heterogeneous hardware backends. We tune the underlying high-level synthesis toolchain for rapid prototyping for FPGA or ASIC accelerators.
