Cosmopolitan Housing Group

The Group has a comprehensive development programme, and in partnership with Wulvern Housing and Cheshire West & Chester Council received 10 per cent of the total allocation of funding for the North from the Homes and Communities Agency. It has a development programme of more than 475 million over the next three to five years, which will deliver more than 3,500 homes across the region. Cosmopolitan Housing Group consists of Cosmopolitan Housing Association, Cosmopolitan Student Homes, Cosmopolitan Enterprises and Chester & District Housing Trust, which has its own direct labour organisation TrustWorks and telecare provider ChesterCare
