Cou-Cou

Cou-Cou is all about having fun and learning skills that can help build confidence and communication skills. Drama gives young people the chance to find a role that allows them to express their emotions, escape their alienation and help see the creative capacity in themselves and those around them. Students can express and share their ideas freely and fearlessly. For some, improving self-confidence and developing communication skills is an end in itself. Others are enthusiastic actors, keen to pick up knowledge and techniques that they can apply in performance. Nikita and Sophie have an incredible love and knowledge of the performing arts. They are patient and dedicated, but I have always been struck by the very special gift they have to recognise, develop and nurture the often hidden potential in their students.
