Country Garden Australia entered the Australian market in 2013 and is currently delivering a major residential mixed-use community Ryde Garden, 15 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD, that consists of 830 homes across three buildings. Most recently, Country Garden Australia commenced development of a house and land project, Windermere Mambourin, in south-west Melbourne, which will ultimately consist of approximately 4700 homes.
