Our loan products include FHA, conventional, USDA, and chattel loans. Headquartered in Addison TX, CountryPlace currently serves 33 states and has regional offices in Washington, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina and Michigan. We are a direct lender and service 100% of the loans that we originate. Being a direct lender allows us to cut out the middle man and eliminate unnecessary loan fees.
