Court Collaboration is a Birmingham based residential property developer, started in 2010 on Colmore Row, the company has established itself as Birminghams premium developer, delivering over 1,000 residential units in the city to date. The business manages all aspects of the development process from initial land search and acquisition, to planning, construction project management and delivery. In 2022 the business started construction of Birminghams first skyscraper; One Eastside in a 200m forward fund development deal comprising 667 BTR units with Pension Insurance Corporation. One Eastside is one of the largest institutional BTR forward funding deals in the UK. The business also has a large portfolio of projects in planning and pre-construction including its 180m joint venture with PGIM Real Estate, one of the largest global real estate funds in the world.
