The COYO story began many years ago when Henrys great grandparents were shipwrecked in Fiji and never left. Coconuts were a part of daily life. Henry would wander the coconut plantations of Savu Savu, collecting coconuts as a nutritious source of milk and oil that fed and nourished their island life. Many years later when Henry met Sandra, studied bacteriologist and naturopath, it was no surprise that they would eventually combine their passions to create the worlds first and most awarded coconut yoghurt.
