Established in 1984 by the current directors CPL has grown from a small Plumbing Company to become a respected and well known multi-disciplined Building Services provider whose principles of Quality, Value and Partnership are reflected in our multi million pound turnover. We have developed an extensive portfolio of clients including Local Government Authorities, Local Education Authorities, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, Consulting Practices and many local and national building contractors.
