The company first started out as a small Specialty Roaster about 12 years ago based in Newcastle, NSW and has since established a base in Brisbane from the acquisition of Gilkatho Coffee. The specialist Crema Team consists of a group of passionate coffee enthusiasts with a fine tuned knowledge of coffee machines.
