CRES Management, LLC (CRES) is a full-service multifamily investment and property management company. Founded in 1994, CRES has more than 25 years of experience successfully executing value-add business plans and providing excellent services to its investors, owners, and residents. Beginning with 780 units under management for third-party owners, CRES grew to more than 7,100 units under management, with all but 222 owned by an affiliate of CRES. CRES and its investment affiliate, JTL Real Estate Partners, have raised sponsor capital and have successfully sourced investment opportunities throughout the country. With the extraordinary sellers market from 2012 to 2014, CRES sold 5,700 units taking advantage of historically low interest and capitalization rates.
