Crescita - The HR Society of Delhi Technological University, East Campus is a student run body. Its vision is to bridge the gap between pedagogy and practice in the HR Industry, catering to the growing need of understanding human assets within the college network and providing an environment to foster holistic development within the corporate network. The society is designed to promote students to learn about team building spirit and leadership quality with active participation. It endeavours to sensitize students towards the nuances of HR and inculcate interest in Human Resource related activities among them. We will offer students ample opportunities to hone and enhance their social, interpersonal, and communication skills in a natural way by organizing and managing various HR activities and events.
