I am honoured and delighted to be the Headteacher of Crestwood School and Sixth Form. I firmly believe that a good state education is a right and not a privilege and this coupled with the shared Invictus vision that each and every one of our students irrespective of background or ability deserves access to the type of opportunities offered by the best the independent sector can offer is unique within our community. I am extremely proud, but not surprised, of our most recent Ofsted judgement of Good with Outstanding features (February 2018). A good school knows its strengths and weaknesses and it was wonderful for our staff and students to be recognised for all of their hard work and efforts over recent years. The vision that our community deserves to be served by at least a Good school has been realised but we refuse to rest on our laurels and our intention is to be consistently Outstanding when next inspected.
