Today, our 88+ Crosbys stores are found in many small towns, villages, and suburban communities. Many locations serve as gathering spots, reliable fuel stations, convenience and grocery shopping, in addition to being a go-to destination for breakfast, pizza & subs. We are honored to support our local fire departments, school districts, youth sports leagues, community programs, and charitable organizations. Our history throughout the communities we serve runs deep, and with over 100 years in the business, you can begin to understand why. In 1922, at the dawn of the automobile era, J. Ward Reid Sr.s entrepreneurial spirit led him to open a one-pump gasoline service station at Lake Avenue and Clinton Street in Lockport, NY.
