Cross Oil Refining & Marketing, Inc. is an American oil refinery that began in 1923. It is a customer-oriented company that supplies base and specialty oils tailored to a specific customer group. The naphthenic refinery is located in Smackover, AR. Cross Oil manufactures oils with a high degree of consistency by controlling the entire supply chainfrom crude oil shipment, to refining, to delivery of the final product. All products are exclusively produced at our Smackover location. After many years in the refining business Cross Oil acquired an interest in expansion that would serve as a consumer for the refinerys base oils. As an addition to the existing refinery, Cross Packaging was built on the Arkansas grounds in 2002 where production began the same year. The plant consists of warehouse and production facilities that spans over 165,000 square feet.
