Crossing Borders

At Crossing Borders, we are working towards creating dialogue space for everyone. Today, young people are growing up in a world filled with inequality, where globalizing processes not only bring people closer together, but also widen divisions between them. Our vision is to see young people and their educators cross personal, cultural, geographic, professional, and generational borders on equal terms. Since the organization was established over 15 years ago, we have been working towards building capacity of youth, media workers, and educators. We are providing them with knowledge about diversity and globalization as well as tools for creating space for dialogue among different cultures and viewpoints. Our activities are diverse, with the main focus on non-formal education. In Denmark, we organize workshops for schools, teacher conferences, short term trainings, long term courses, and other events.
