CSBC-DEME Wind Engineering Co. Ltd. (CDWE), a joint venture between CSBC Corporation, Taiwan and DEME Offshore from Belgium. Strong in expertise and convinced of the importance of the Local Content for the Taiwanese Government and its energy policy, DEME Offshore and CSBC decided to combine their knowledge to provide the local market with a company capable to conduct a full scope of offshore wind services, from Engineering to Procurement, Construction, Transport and Installation (EPCI scope of Project).
