CSSP Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation is a registered NGO in Germany. The organisation is headquartered in Berlin, with several offices abroad. The organization was founded in 2005 through a parliamentary resolution in the German Bundestag as a Lessons Learned project, which drew lessons from Prof. Dr. Christian Schwarz-Schillings work as the International Mediator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1995 2004). Integrative Mediation originated as a methodology from Prof. Dr. Schwarz-Schilling and his advisory team. The approach has evolved over the years and is further developed by members of the CSSP Team.
