CTIE

The Government IT Centre (Centre des technologies de linformation de lEtat CTIE) is the main provider of IT services for the Luxembourg public administration. Our activities cover a wide range of fields: We set up and secure the States IT infrastructure, operate IT platforms and mainframe systems, and manage the office automation and telephony of ministries and administrations. Furthermore, we support our customers during the implementation of business applications and provide administrations with our expertise in implementing collaboration and document management tools. Lastly, the CTIE is a main actor in eGovernment with the Guichet.lu information portal, the single point of contact for citizens and businesses and their administrative procedures with the state. Together with our interactive platform MyGuichet.lu, Guichet.lu products are a key element of Luxembourgs digital strategy
