CU South Denver

CU leadership has determined it must sell the CU South Denver facility. CU South Denver served as a hub for culture and community for the south metro area from January 2015 to September 2020. The building was gifted to the University of Colorado by Dave Liniger, chairman emeritus of The Wildlife Experience and co-founder of REMAX International, Inc., and his wife, Gail Liniger, and their family. The building was home to an indoor and outdoor event venue, a world-class catering department, an art and natural history museum, and a RealD 3D movie theater. Many degree programs were also offered on-site from CU Boulder, CU Denver, and CU Anschutz.
