Cullman City Parks & Recreation

Cullman City Parks and Recreation offers 5 recreation centers, 12 parks, and a golf course as well as over 100 programs, sports, classes, activities, and events for the community each year. The department is nationally recognized as one of the top recreation agencies in the country being named a top 4 department 3 years in a row from 2010-2012 by the National Recreation and Parks Association. The department includes award winning facilities like the Cullman Wellness & Aquatic Center with over 13,000 members engaged in 50+ weekly fitness classes, a full workout and fitness area, an indoor pool, basketball gyms, and Wild Water Water Park that attracts over 30,000 visitors each summer to the facility. Other facilities include the Donald E. Green Senior Center featuring over 30 free weekly activities for seniors as well as trips across the country.
