CustomFab USA is a domestic manufacturer of soft goods with 25+ years experience. Our humble beginnings trace back to owner Don Alhanati, who began the company in his garage with a single sewing machine and an ultrasonic welder. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the leading sewing contractors in the United States, producing items for customers in the medical and military fields that need to meet strict government specifications and have next to zero defects. Its no exaggeration when we say that people literally trust our goods with their lives. Now, with the help of a skilled labor force that is 250 strong and a new 77,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in southern California, our team works with customers to design and produce over 2,000 unique products a year from tactical and medical gear, to sporting goods, luggage and any other generally non-apparel related soft goods
