It begins when Customised Sheet Metal was setup in 1992 by our Managing Director Malcolm Pearce. Soon after Malcolm started the company he was joined by skilled Jonathan Templar. They put the work in to get CSM off the ground then, in 1999, the company officially started trading as Customised Sheet Metal Ltd. It was also that year that Jonathan joined forces with Malcolm and was named partner.
