Cynefin is a Welsh word meaning a place where a person feels they ought to live and belong; a place that feels like home. We have built Cynefin Care in order to help people to be able to stay where they live and belong safely and to maintain the life they want. We understand that the heart of a great care company is its people and the way to deliver great care is to value and support those people. Having worked in the corporate care world for many years we founded Cynefin Care in order to do things differently. We aim to build an innovative forward thinking care company that can work flexibly with purchasers to find solutions that meet their goals. We want to empower our care workers and make them part of the planning and development of care services to deliver the best care possible to our customers
