Cyril Ramaphosa Education Trust (CRET) implements a holistic bursary support and youth development programme. Youth from disadvantaged backgrounds are supported for higher education study and vocational training. The support is based on the potential of candidates and not just on academic performance. Since official inception in 2000, CRET has walked the educational journey together with beneficiaries to produce some 200 high-performing tertiary graduates and hundreds of skilled youth as drone pilots, firefighters, aviation specialists, logistics and retail trainees, and other artisans.
