Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects continues the legacy of its founder, renowned architect and preservationist Milton Latour Grigg, FAIA. Prior to establishing his practice in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1933, Mr. Grigg worked on the initial restoration of Colonial Williamsburg. His principled client relationships, stylistic flexibility, and respect for a projects context and history continue to shape our practice today. For eighty-nine years Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects has practiced in a variety of architectural styles and building types throughout the United States and the Caribbean Islands.
