DALLA BONA SPA FROM 1950 We have been making cheese for more than 70 years. We started with the production of Grana Padano and ageing of Parmigiano Reggiano and in 2010, we have developed Gran Vita, a cheese that does not use animal rennet for its production. Today, the third and fourth generation operate in a modern and recently renovated factory. The company distributes throughout Italy and in over 20 foreign countries GRAN VITA Gran Vita is a cheese created by the Dalla Bona family to satisfy a wider range of consumers that could also include vegetarians. It is produced in our dairy located about 15 minutes away from Lake Garda following the same techniques as the traditional Italian production of hard cheeses, which makes it a very high quality product.
