Nothing quite beats the feeling of achievement. Whether thats the achievement of launching a shiny new site, improving a conversion rate through testing and optimisation, helping a client develop a business case for a new feature or just getting a (metaphorical) high five from a colleague for an amazing CSS transition. At Dam these achievements are what motivate us, theyre the reason we come to work and theyre one of the reasons that contribute to our amazing client (and staff) retention rate.
