DANBIT, Dansk Binr Teknik A/S, was established in 1970 as a privately owned company. During the early years our primary tasks were electronic measuring of mechanical quantities - electronic weighing in particular. DANBIT has always been, and continues to be, a supplier of scales and automatic equipment all over the world. In the late 1970s DANBIT produced computer systems which were used for the calculation of recipes for ready-mixed concrete and control of the actual weighing.
