Dance Yourself Fit was born from a love for dance and a passion for inspiring and motivating adults of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy all the benefits dancing has to offer! Niall Newman, our founder, is a former international dance sports competitor who has traveled the world, danced on the international circuit, and coached and adjudicated at the highest level. Niall retired from the glitz and glam of the world of Ballroom in 2005 to start a family and focus on life coaching and personal development. Now happily married to Kate with three beautiful girls, Niall decided to dust off his old dancing shoes in 2019 and pair his life coaching skills to create Dance Yourself fit!
