On a institutional scale, we develop and manage build-to-rent assets with a philosophy of design-forward, hospitality oriented, community-minded and tech-enabled. The resident experience at Dandi begins with the studios, where luxury meets affordability, form meets function and design meets craftsmanship. All with our own multifuntional furniture pieces, designed and made by us in our London factory: Dandi Dynamic Furnishings (est. 2005). Uncompromisingly, our studios deliver five distinct room configurations in one fully autonomous and compact living space sleep, workout, work-study, dine and unwind.
