The Danville Area Community Center, and the downtown arts center, The Knack, are vibrant 100% community-funded facilities dedicated to promoting health, recreation, fitness, education, and overall wellness. Fitness classes, pool, fitness equipment, free weights, cooking classes, racquetball, pickleball and for school aged children; before and after school programming, a summer day camp for children, and a nature school.
