Sharetec Systems, Inc. was formed in 1993 when four companies formed a partnership committed to developing a very simple, yet robust data processing solution for its customers. The partners had a vision whereby sharing technology, hence the name Sharetec, and resources, they could offer a unique service solution to their regional territories.
