Datz is an American gastropub and market in South Tampa, FL that specializes in elevated comfort food favorites like mac-and cheese stuffed meatloaf, chicken and waffles, and poutine. All are served with ample sides of culinary education and fun in a spirited, ever-evolving environment. Datz uses only premium ingredients and all breads and pastries are baked on premises. The menu also features a generous selection of boutique spirits, craft beer and American wine. Datz serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday; brunch, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Datz is also home to specialty foods market that boasts a unique selection of preserves, picked goods, sauces, cocktail fixings, confections and more. In February 2013 Datz expanded and upgraded its catering operation by creating Dazzle, the Datz catering and events division.
