In 1955 Grant Davis accepted a position from his stepbrother, Bob Moore at Bob Moore Oldsmobile. From this association, Grant acquired other dealerships in the city and began fostering strong community ties. As a result of hard work, good customer service and a strong commitment to community, Davis-Moore has become one of Kansass largest auto groups. Current owners, Sean Tarbell and Stuart Ray carry on Davis-Moores tradition of excellent customer and community service. Davis-Moore is committed to making the community a better place to live by promoting community involvement, both as a company and by encouraging employees to take action. There are too many activities to list, but Davis-Moore is known for its annual sales benefiting both MDA and United Way and participation with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Societys Man & Woman of the Year campaign.
