It was 1983 when Il Pastaio, the fresh egg pasta workshop in Villafranca, a typical production area a few kilometers from Verona and Lake Garda, was born. At this time production was on a small scale and sales took place within the confines of the surrounding area. The 1990s saw a great development, from a small artisan workshop it turned into a production plant with new technologies, new recipes but the same love and care for things done well. Starting in the 2000s, the production lines of Pastificio Armando De Angelis became 4, with 30 different types of products with certified quality: from the dough to the production processes. Armando De Angelis signature pasta becomes the fresh pasta that everyone likes. Subsequently, the production plants increase to 2 and the lines become 9. Gluten Free, Bio, Bio Vegan lines are launched, in line with the culture of well-being and new consumer needs. In 2018 Armando De Angelis becomes De Angelis Fresh Pasta.
