De Structura (DS) is a contemporary art platform founded in 2021 with a two-fold mission. First, DS aims to strengthen emerging art professionals by providing the necessary knowledge, connections and frameworks to realise their ideas. Second, De Structura aims to build cross-sectoral collaboration structures between the arts and other sectors. De Structura primarily focuses on four key areas of work: collaborative art projects, network facilitation, advocacy, and capacity-building. The organisation has a special emphasis on empowering emerging art professionals, individuals aged 20 to 35, engaged in diverse roles within the art and culture as well as other sector
