Our mission is to provide the Bible by video in the worlds many sign languages. We do this through the Deaf Bible app, available free for Apple and Android devices and online at DeafBible.com. Why dont Deaf people just read the Bible? As many as 80 percent of Deaf children in some countries never receive access to formal education. For those who can read, written language is a second language that requires extra effort. How many sign languages are there in the world? There are more than 350 unique sign languages.
