In 2008, Scott Burg joined the Firm as Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Managing Partner. Deer Park focuses on structured and housing-related finance and serves a diverse base of institutional, private entities, and qualified investors. Central to Deer Parks investment approach and philosophy is a focus on opportunities throughout the entire credit spectrum, moving away from overvalued sectors, into undervalued sectors.
