Delaware College Scholars (DCS) is an academically rigorous college preparation and college persistence program in the State of Delaware. For high-achieving public high school students with no clear path to college, DCS tuition-free residential program provides its scholars the opportunity to succeed. For three summers in a row, students live and learn together as they prepare for acceptance and graduation from competitive four-year colleges and universities.
