Established in 2004, Deli Solutions is one of Winterbotham Darbys dedicated food manufacturing sites based in Clitheroe, Lancashire. We are a multi-functional site predominantly providing assembly of olives and antipasti including desalination, marinating and assembly, dips production and slicing of continental charcuterie Our final customers are primarily the major supermarkets in the UK and most of our finished products are supplied for own-label. We also manufacture olives and antipasti for our flagship brand, unearthed. We hold a AA+ BRC rating and were awarded a British Safety Council International Safety Award in 2017 and 2018
