Since then, we have been applying the Cradle-to-Cradle philosophy to create spectacular, functional and sustainable logistics, office and residential space. Today, we are working in the Netherlands and Germany on modular, demountable logistics buildings and innovative leasehold models that reduce waste. All our buildings are carbon-positive, meaning that they generate enough clean energy during their life cycle to offset the carbon footprint throughout their lifetime.
