Deluxe Coffeeworks

Deluxe Coffeeworks was started by Judd Nicolay and Carl Wessel in Carls back yard in November 2009 after a discussion was had about starting a coffee company over beers at their local hang out as Judd was tired of not being able to find a good cup of coffee in Cape Town and Carl was keen to get out of the film industry after working his way up the ranks and into shareholder-ship of the company hed been with for 10 years. Judd had been in the coffee industry since his formative years back in New Zealand with some of the biggest names in coffee being his mentors and with Carls drive, business savvy and his willingness to get stuck in to any task at hand made for the perfect combination to start Deluxe in the burgeoning Cape Town coffee Scene in 2009.
