Demireller Mining Group

Demireller Mining Inc. has been founded in 2001 as the first mining company of the group. Starting from 2001, Demireller made significant contributions to the economy of the region and Turkey with other group companies as well in mining. Main activies of the group companies are in bauxite, in iron ore(magnetite) and in magnesite. Some of group companies are among the sector leaders. Group companies operate at mining sites and processing plants in several locations of Turkey with more than 200 employees. Mining activities started with the bauxite mine located in Mersin and Karaman provinces in 2001. Then new bauxite mine sites were acquired in Mugla and Eskisehir. Improvements in quality and capacity leaded more customers/countries for the group. Demireller Mining group expanded its mining activities to magnesite in 2011.
