Denvers Early Childhood Council

Our vision is that Denver is a community where the diverse needs of all young children and their families are supported. Our mission is to elevate the early childhood field through innovative and inclusive leadership, services, and solutions. The Council was created in 1992 to manage the quality improvements in Denvers Early Childhood Education (ECE) centers. Colorados Early Childhood Councils are a legislative expansion (HB06-1062) of the Consolidated Child Care Pilots. In 2011, the Council transitioned to a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
