While in college, these students have organized festivals, conferences, and student magazines, which have paved the way for their successful careers in Mass Media. The Xaviers Media Collective (XMC), initiated by the Department of Mass Media at St. Xaviers College, Mumbai, serves as a community where aspiring media professionals collaborate with industry experts to bring real-world projects to fruition, creating impact and adding value.
