The Development Leadership Consortium is committed to building an inclusive culture of philanthropy in Chicago. Our mission is to mentor fundraising professionals who are new to the field and to engage them throughout their careers, encouraging their growth into committed, connected leaders of the philanthropic community in Chicago and beyond. We are proud to offer two signature programs aimed at professionals in philanthropy. Our Annual Fellows Program is geared towards professionals in their early and intermediate stages of their career in advancement. Our Management Fellows Program is for advanced professionals and is designed to prepare new generations of non-profit managers to lead their organizations with confidence and knowledge.
