Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas (DSNWK) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). For over five decades, DSNWK has provided a range of services designed to promote independence, dignity, and inclusion within the community. Our comprehensive programs include residential support, employment opportunities, day services, and specialized therapies, all tailored to meet the unique needs of the individuals we serve. DSNWKs focus is on enabling people with I/DD to lead meaningful lives, whether through assisting with job placement, skill development, or offering customized care in their homes. We partner with businesses, organizations, and local communities to create opportunities that foster engagement and self-sufficiency.
