Our Story A 1000-People journey begins with a single step. DesiCrews journey began with the pursuit of a young Saloni Malhotra, dreaming to create a Business model that will connect the three dots: Technology, Business and Social Impact. We focus on both economic and social impact, building prosperity hubs in rural communities. DesiCrews model of creating employment is poverty eradication and celebrates Gender Equality and Women Empowerment 65%+ women leading the way for us. What started off in 2005 as a Project at the IIT-Madras, took the form of a Private Limited company registered in 2007. Today, it has grown to a 1000-people strong entity offering AI and ML solutions and working on cutting edge technology platforms. The journey since 2007 has not altered the DNA of the company. With over a dozen awards, Global Investments, alignment to the UNSDGS DesiCrews business continues its Impact story
