Discovery Educational Trust

Discovery Educational Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in South Essex and currently comprising five schools Chase High School in Southend, Hogarth Primary School, Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary School, Larchwood Primary School and St. Martins School, all in Brentwood. The Trust is a vibrant partnership of primary and secondary schools, all united in one goal to provide the best possible learning experience and environment not only for our current children but also for the next generation of pupils. Larchwood Primary School was awarded an Ofsted rating of Outstanding in March 2017 whilst St Martins achieved a Good in January 2019 with the 16 to 19 study programmes rated Outstanding. Chase High School was inspected more recently and in February 2022 achieved an Ofsted Good rating across all areas. Hogarth Primary School joined the Discovery Educational Trust in September 2023 with Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary School joining in January 2024
